heres a 3 week old chart..ive been beating the dollar haters with this ever since biden got elected... the trumptards hated me for it LOL cause i showed republicans are the kiss of death for the dollar

Ok I'm done. A couple of months ago, I was starting to make decent money but lost it all and can't even make £5 anymore. I just can't take it anymore. I'm beyond depressed. It just doesn't matter what I do. I just see it going in both directions at the same time at every candle and every price point. I no loner have a strategy. I am so sick and tired of feeling like this {image}
Not going to comment on your trading style, that's something personal and up to you to decide. What I will say though is, take that break if you think you need it, don't necessarily have to come back take as much as time as you need. As traders we often get too engrossed in our trades forgetting there's a whole world outside lol. No money is ever worth your mental peace, no money is ever worth sacrificing personal relationships for. We all need to step back once in a while to get a new perspective on things, you have to take a step back at times to take 2 steps forward.
Market will always have opportunities, every candle, every day. Reflect and come back stronger and better.
If you still need some stress in your life just watch man utd play on the weekends lol.
First trade for the week! Long scalp, expecting price to challenge today's high again.
. Looks like a retracement is due to mid 30's maybe 40. Red data could help my cause. This could either be a good trade or a BE trade depending on price action today before data release, fingers crossed. Still down on equity from last week nevertheless, we move

Who told you to be following every move a pair makes? That's a recipe for disaster!
With the way you wrote this, it is very clear you don't have an edge! What you should do is this:
- Find a strategy or still embrace the strategy you're currently using and stick with it!
Can I shock you? All Forex Strategies work! You are the problem because you don't follow it's rules!
- Stick with a particular TF, and take trades off it when the setup is ripe.
- Have a clear picture of how many pips you want per trade or £ value, it could be £10, £100 or £1M and once met, shut down and get off the market till the next setup or next day, if you're a day trader like me!
- Trade with what you can afford to lose, don't borrow to trade and avoid overleveraging your account, incase a trade goes wrong!
- Avoid trading on Mondays! Go play games or do some other things.
- Trading is supposed to be fun not with depression.
There are more but That's what time permit me to share.
It is well. Get off that depressing mood and do something exciting, just shout, scream or do something, it might be fake but your mind can't tell the difference
