For me l really trusted MFF so much to such an extent that it was the only Prop firm l was using , they Paid me right no issues at all , l was so Happy with them ,, but now this ,, talking to you right now l don't have a cent not even a trading account ,, am broke as a trader it's shocking.

All speculation. I am just reaching for non US based with possibly no affiliation to the current situation.
MFF didn't use them either, but Advisor A used to work for them.

That is exactly how I felt all along for years, I left communist China and came to US for the freedom of the country, but I get controlled by the new government.
I had to use my brother's ID in China to trade in ICMarkets for years now. Now I probably have to use his ID to trade prop firms in the near future.

When was FPFX founded? Which firms existed beforehand? Just trying to piece it together.

But MFF didn't seem to use a broker either, if that was the criteria.

For tax purposes, you can handle and pay in US.

It is income earned outside of US for you.

Relief Request which is the CFTC judgment for MFF Case states that 1. MFF must be Permanently shutdown but it is also allowed to be Reregistered according to Section 4 u.s.d. 2. They must Pay back Monies to Traders 3. Kazmi will pay a huge fine to the CFTC. No Jail sentence for Him.

They didn't use FPFX....Advisor A used to work for FPFX and spilled everything to the CFTC.....not confirmed, but that was what you posted from telegram.

Here is something that makes sense. Not sure why people think that BC or Ontario is special. The laws about trading in Canada are federal not provincial (banking, brokerage regulations, etc). BC and Ontario would have provincial rules concerning income tax on earnings but not regulations about what you can and can't do.

The difference here is banks may be paying millions for doing billions in fraud (including kickbacks to judges and authorities) I am afraid MyFF is not having that kind of money. The way they are building case I dont think as much as I like it is not coming back.
Also there might be nexus of North american brokers (Like Forex.com and Oanda) which may have started this thing as their business is pretty much taken away by these prop firms

yes, he will happily pay the fines imposed on him.
As far as paying to His clinets, No issues, He was and is willing to pay.

He may remodel all if things happen in that way.

In that case, the nexus should affect all prop firms.

Well as long as they are accepting any North american clients (directly or indirectly) they can sue them. Why do you think any good forex brokers (offshore) is not accepting forex clients from US or Canada?

Yes. Even if that is not the case it will impact them as their revenue will be impacting greatly. Also it increases rumors and cheating activities by trader's as any non-payment will cause lot of Noise pollution. Who will sign up for TFT now? yes that is one side.

But good traders are looking for firms outside of us/canada.

There are lots of good firms too.
