So, if I understood correctly:
1. When you signed up you chose 8cap (not sure if that was the only option at the moment ?)
2. Now they refused changing you from 8cap to Think market

Why didn't you choose think market in the beginning ?

originally signed with 8 cap. that time think markets was available as an option.

When i passed phase 2, 8 cap was not offred to anyone but only for funded accounts who passed with 8 cap.

If 8 cap is not offered, for me no point in doing funded acc with 8 cap, as this will restrict me not merging accounts.

8 cap to 8 cap merging allowed.

Think market to think market merging allowed.

I asked for think market for funded account.

They did not refuse in writing....but delayed a lot. but...they finally failed my funded account.

Hummm...

1. You signed for 8cap, despite you could have signed for Think Markets.
2. You passed with 8 cap and they offered you an 8cap funded account
3. You refused 8 cap and asked for think market because you want to merge account in the future (and they don't work with 8cap any longer)
4. They said this was not possible and returned your fee

I understand your reasons and maybe they could have been more flexible but I would not call this a scam, honestly.

They never said they can not offer think markets. Just failed my 8 cap account.

It is scam... in this way.

If i have time and energy, I can take up to different level.. but..useless as myfundedfx is waste and scam firm

As you refused to have 8cap I guess fail is a way of flagging that account as finished before returning you the fee. I see no sign of scam on that, honestly.

It would be a completely different story if you accepted 8cap (after asking if it was possible to have think markets) and they also refused 8 cap.

They have no legal right to fail 8 cap account. This is as per contract.Only on mutual grounds, it can be failed. While checking the option, if they fail the funded account, it means... SCAM. MYFUNDEDFX IS A SCAM.

yes, they sent 8 cap credentials too by email. Then I requested for swap with think markets.

If you feel they are honest firm just go with them

I will spread as much as possible about this scam firm..myfundedfx.

I have given proof here. The emails between me and the firm.

I have given proof in the previous posts upto kyc verification.

I feel this forum thread is to encourage good firms and expose scam firms like myfunded fx.

Ok, what happened after they sent you the 8cap credentials and after you requested to swap it to think markets ? Did they replied to you or they just violated without replying ? This is the crucial piece of information we need to judge the case.

Replying to you, despite it has nothing to do with your case, yes, I work with them for many months now, since Feb, and got already 6 payouts, 5 figures in total, the last one yesterday including the 500 USD that they promised this week for all payouts above 1% of the balance. Never had a problem so far and I'm a completely incognito trader without facebook, instagram or twitter friends (I only have accounts in these social medias to read stuff). And in Telegram usually I'm a pain in the ass for props. They don't like me.

I said they replied to my email.

See the email posted above.

Then without my knowledge and without my mutual concern, they just failed my 8 cap account. This is again posted above..

I am just trying to post here to expose such actions by Firms. Like myfundedfx.

I think this should be exposed in prop telegram groups where Matt is around and which has a lot of visibility (more than 200K members each group).

If they
1. sent 8cap credentials
2. you asked to swap it to think markets
3. no reply from them and they simply violated the account and returned fee

This is serious stuff and should be exposed with impact

I second this, although if you stir the water in that group expect to be banned. Those groups don't exist to expose behavior but rather to serve as a circlejerk, an occasional beef between the prop owners and for the admin of the group to collect fees from them. That's it.

That said, I think I already got around 4-5x my challenge fee from MFFX. Won't be adding any new accs anytime soon tho. No need with MFF/FTMO around.
