On my chart if price hit 1954 then price will go to 1960. I may be wrong

good observation bro, after a sharp decline we may expect a good recovery/retrace till 1952-1954 then as you mentioned

the force to downside is little bit worry.

We had a $30 move down yesterday, bit ambitious to expect Asia to continue selling when they're known for retracing after a big LON/NY move

I did not expect such a huge gap jump this morning which closed out several of my long positions and made a cool $2700 profit.

i doubt its the reason for the gap...but even if it is the rating still AA+...ill worry when its junk status

It is not about getting junk status but the markets have to recalculate their positions. That may result in higher gold price.

maybe, but given the credit rating downgrade for the US is now being priced in it just seems silly to bet against fundamentals

You can say it's "outdated" or "means nothing" but the markets don't agree with that at all and will use it to move the price of gold higher, especially as we're due a retrace.
