Disliked{quote} The bad thing, in general, with merges is that seniority is lost, which can be bad if we were already counting towards the scaling period. I never asked the merge in TFT, for example, because of that. One of the account got scaled in the meantime but not the others. I ended up with 3 accounts which I would prefer rather not.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I got Information from the Trading Pit, scalping is allowed but a delay of 2 minutes is needed bitwin open and close. that's terribly for an scalper like me, when I have stop buy or sell with tp and SL in the market the open and close can bee in seconds.Ignored
Disliked{quote} after Email to the Support the answer, This 2 Minute rules does not effekt normal trading like I do but only those traders who try to make big Profits by trading the News with big Position. that's why this Kind of trading is very risky and the TradinPit will not allowed this in the challange So, no sweat at all, im still fine I have 67 days left to Master the challange. My stile of trading is with very los Risk, so it will take me some time to make 10% profit, If I make 10% in 60 days, its a good return for me llangIgnored
Disliked{quote} When I say losing seniority when merging account is, for example, having an account for 2 months with TFT and 3% profitability (and some other small conditions). If you achieved 3 months and 6% you get a scaling of 25% (which is basically free money with higher DD). If on the second month you merge this old account with another one, the new merged account will start from zero towards the objective of 6% and 3 months. So you start from scratch again. That's what I mean losing seniority on the old account when they are merged. That's one of...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes, once again, I see no advantadge to merging. The only advantadge obviously is the larger DD allowing larger postions, easily accomplished by splitting the positions accross the accounts. The disadvantadges are the scaling starts over, your payout period and profit split defaults to the lower %, payouts are higher exposing you to more scrutiny. The big one, though is if you have a 600K account vs. 6x 100K, you blow the 600K you are done, with the latter, you can have different levels of risk accross each, if you blow 2-3, you still have...Ignored
DislikedPractically, 100k account with 5k dd has more chance of blowing the account than 600k account with DD limit 30k.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Personally loosing all at one time and at the same time also will be thrilling. Try your best.Ignored
DislikedI keep a spreadsheet of prices accross all firms I use or are on my list of "possibles". Only 6 firms are on the list, 4 I use....MFF,FTMO,TFTP and TFF, with 5%ers high stakes and E8 extended being the other 2. FTMO and TFF prices are adjusted regularly as they are paid in euro and change slightly with the exchange rate. I wanted to share this for anyone with limited capital looking to start small and scale up with profits and refunded fees: At the lowest price point, you have the 5%ers and MFF offering 5K accounts, for $39 and $49 respectively....Ignored
