retesting targets has a time limit ....sometimes they become orphans and can take years to get back to like alot of bear targets will get hit now like 1600 for example LOL

look on daily chart from last october when the low price was 1614....it never got to retest that level and just went up so some targets take months to get back t like 1614 will take almost a year to retest and has been an orphan all this time
