I found another way to use the Windows MessageBoxTimeout () function with dll. But it only shows the first character of the message I think it is a Unicode/Ansi problem.
We can not learn without pain.

If you've done the previous 2 lines right, then you probably did the KUpper and KLower lines properly too, guessing because you didn't post what you've written so far in mql4. Anything unexpected would probably be due to the factor 0.5 needing to be changed for the symbol or tf scale. You're adding/subtracting half the value of a ma to another ma, the price scale would heavily effect the visual outcome.

Sorry. I didnt make it clear I guess.

I am not trying to write the code. I have no clue at all about coding.
All I am trying to do is replicate the KUpper and KLower lines on a chart simply to create a template.

I am guess from your answer that this will require some sort of coding to create the indicator ? Something I could not do myself.

Well there's no "RMA" in the standard MT4/MT5 indicator library, you would need to create that algorithm yourself.

Then you would add the values (and use the other operators used in the equation for line 19 and 20)

Below is the 35 ma:

The color array aColor has no size given and isn't being resized, but it's also not needed.
Just go straight to using the values in the holdingArray, they are already strings of r,g,b as comma separated numbers.
ie objectsetinteger(...stringtocolor(holdingarray[index]);

You're trying to create a channel, based on an ema, the width of the channel is a multiple of another ma type. Using default indicators only I don't think this is doable, closest thing that comes to mind is the envelopes but that has the channel width as a %. A custom indicator would probably have to be made.

Dear Coders, First off all thanks a lot for all the wonderful EA's you develop or improve.
Here is my EA requirement. Hope someone can code it.
Thanks in advance.

 

  1. Open trades on both directions, same volume / lot, hedging. Both trades target 10 pips. No stop loss.
  2. Close 1 trade (let it call this B Trade and other trade as A trade) at 10 pip profit (over and above the spread), open trade immediately in the same direction, open after previous trade hits the target. A trade is under running loss and B trades are under either closed profit or running profit.
  3. Keep repeating till manually stopped
  4. Only 2 open trades at any point of time, 1 buy trade and 1 sell trade
  5. When A trade, which was under running loss, hits its original profit, open trades in both directions again and the process continues.
  6. Trade only on the charts attached
  7. Should work on both mt4 and mt5. I understand that we will need 2 different EA’s.
  8. Dynamics / options / variables

a. Profit target
b. Lot size
c. Option to open / close trade manually
d. Option to trade only in 1 direction / buy only / sell only

  1. Please observe the attached charts for visualization / examples.

Maybe somebody is so kind to look at this Indicator. After running a while the candles do not refresh everytime so that there are cluster in the chart. Thank you in advance
