The pair are separated by semicolon ; so you can mix whatever you like, but the calculation is of course the problem for the indexes compare to the currencies.
For index's the calculation will be wrong, so that to change in some way.
The next thing is also, what do you want to compare those index's against? EURUSD or something else?
I believe the calculation is in line 256 and 259, depends on whether you want the result in pips or points. But i'm not sure how to change that correctly though
