In fx-dreema you have to manually add the buffers if there are no buffer reflecting in custom indicator

Thanks, I tried to put it into mt4 but that didn't work, I also tries to copy the code from your screenshot and use in meta editor for mt4 but I could not get that to work either, can you help again?

Dear kind coders, I need help from you to correct 2 faults in this indi
1. I can get date of week for FX no problem, but date does not show for commodities or indices, I think some kind of FX digit info it uses in the program causes this bug
2. sometimes it displays the date of week not over the highest point of the day, what helps when you seek some days back in the history, but overlapped by chart, I can not understand why redraw does not work on those days in search of some history I use when check something only for those Wednesdays or Mondays for example.

Also for future use, I like MT5 which should be better, but some helpful tools I need to study are not available for MT5, if you could make this data of week working for MT5 it would be a very great help.

And one more question Is there any possibility to create a wrapper program what could make an mql4 indy or EA, available in ex4 form only, working for MT5 ~ similar like icustom()~? -maybe can not "translate" every but only 50% of the tools without sources, still very useful

indi shared by MwIRCT has the buffers you can easily convert them into EA, just refer the link i shared

But I got an even bigger problem!
Every bar buys or sells.
Even when I'm closing the trade.
He immediately opens another one.
Does your EA do this too?
Could you change it so that it only beeps once when the arrow appears?
Only at the first signal, from the cycle.
Do not do anything until a new cycle comes.

I have a Trading Strategy that almost 100% accuracy.
I want you to help me code it to indicator (MT4 and MT5)

1. At the end of Three Black Crows, it will show on the platform showing it in rectangle (Red colour). It will also show the name as Three Black Crows. in horizontal form
2. At the end of Three White Soldiers, it will appear on the platform show in a rectangle (Green colour). It will also show the name as Three White Soldiers in horizontal form.
Below is the image.
After coding it to custom indicator, I will review the trading rules.

The diagram isn't that helpful, please include what "Three Black Crows" are using close, high, low, and open

Maybe this will be of some help:

In MetaTrader there are 5 (common) types of files:

.ex4 (this is the program version for expert advisors/bots and indicators in MetaTrader4)

.mq4 (this is the source code for expert advisors/bots and indicators in MetaTrader4)

.ex5 (this is the program version for expert advisors/bots and indicators in MetaTrader5)

.mq5 (this is the source code for expert advisors/bots and indicators in MetaTrader5)

.mqh (this is source code for scripts/include files, which is used to store repeated code)


The file I provided for you is an .ex5 file.

If you're trying to translate the screenshot, understand that the code will not work directly in MQL4 because of the custom functions I added.


Instead of "PlaceTrade", you would use the "OrderSend" function in MQL4 (https://docs.mql4.com/trading/ordersend)

Instead of "CheckIfOpenPositionsByMagicNB", you would use "OrdersTotal() == 0" (https://docs.mql4.com/trading/orderstotal)

The last bracket is the end of the "OnTick()" function (https://docs.mql4.com/basis/function/events)
