I did not want to have to write bad things about anyone but given the circumstances FUNDEDNEXT gives me no choice.
I have an account with them and I have a lot of problems, to start with the customer service is horrible.
But what is even worst they have rules on their website that are different from what they later apply when you are doing the evaluation.
What has happened to me is that I have reached the Daily loss limit, but on their website mentions clearly that the daily loss does not take into account your profits. But They have suspended my account saying that it has reached the daily loss limit taking into account my profits

How Do You Calculate Daily Drawdown?
The daily drawdown is 5% of your initial account balance, and this is for all subscriptions. This implies that this number should not exceed 5% of your initial account balance on that specific day.
For example, if you have a $100,000 account, the maximum daily loss limit is $5,000, and you are not allowed to lose more than $5,000 on any given day. Suppose you have lost a total of $3000 in your closed trades. In such a case, you cannot lose more than $2000, including floating losses. Note that swap and commission rates are included in this calculation. It will be considered a violation if you lose more than $2,000.
Similarly, let's say you gained $5,000 in profit in a single day. In such case, you will be allowed to lose $5,000 (your profit) + $5,000 (your daily loss limit) = $10,000. Losing more than $10,000 (in both open and closed positions) will be considered a violation.
Guess what, that is more than the 5% daily loss limit rule and is not a violation, why because they do not take into account your profits¡¡¡¡¡¡
But it gets worst. I send an email to the support team, no reply.
I talked to the live chat, they told me that I have assigned an account manager and that they cannot do anything.
The day after finally I was able to talk to the account manager via telegram (This was yesterday). he sends 1 message saying that I have reached the account limit and that is why it was suspended.
I explained and send the same info as above proving they are wrong in suspending my account, no reply at all on the whole day¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ Not even we will look into it, give me some time to check what you mention. Nothing only the 1 message send at the beginning with a screenshot and that is it, even after I proved and send the material and everything proving they’re wrong, and not because I say so, IS ON THEIR WEBSITE¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
Then today I have received another telegram message, saying that I have already received a screenshot yesterday with the loss limit. And once again I have proven that they are wrong because they say so is on their website, and once again I get no replies. I have asked for a refund and nothing.
The worst thing is that I have proven everything and they don’t even read what I have provided, that is information from their website of how daily loss is calculated.
Not checking information, scamming people, customer service is horrible, they reply once like if they were making you a favour. Different rules posted than latter applied to your evaluation
