hi everyone , do you guys know any tool that lets you draw horizontal lines that are visible on predefined timeframes? either indicator or script . or maybe any coder can kindly code this please? thank you

i need something that lets me keep HLs that drawn on intraday TFs to be invisible on daily and above. and also D/W/M levels to be invisible on intraday(h4,h1,m30...)

i think a simple script would be fine , just draw a line with predefined TF.

This is how the original code looks, it is open source, but when transferred to meta editor, some properties of the code don't copy. It is missing definitions. I'm a starter at coding. Please assist coders.

one of the mistake new traders often do is setting the SL fix or too small, or enter too late in a move with high ATR or enter too early in a pull back best to wait for price retrace at least 1.5 ATR to 2 ATR to avoid loss.
Sangman, he left behind some very useful study indicators for market structure, smc etc, wrote this indi in 2009, helpful to set visual SL or TP based on ATR(20) value in the H1 time frame.
The indicator shows now-a-days very odd values, does not make any sense. Perhaps broker has changed their used terms, definition to confuse traders, or perhaps MT4 has changes basic functions, or standard librarys have changed with Mt4 version, what could cause this false behavior?
Could the generous and wise coders pls look into this indi and make it working again for today Mt4 I am sure many traders would like to use this function. Does anyone know a similar ATR indicator for MT5?

pls When you are no coders, couls you also help by telling from your experience how large you set SL for trading following market: EU, GU, AU, NU, CADJPY, EJ, XAUUSD, USOIL, BTCUSD

- price breaks out of TL
- price breaks out of horizontal TL
- price breaks out of TL manual drawing from wicks tails highest lowest points
- price breaks out of TL drawing from SHI, Demark, Moutek, Gann, Andrew etc method

agree with you.
Very much hope our coders can solve this puzzle soon, particuliar Jeanlouie with his beautiful tranformation work on many geometric indicators, Gann's indicator...
My only mistrust is ... If the two formulas can provide the chart look in live trading just in time, and not just in hindsight, then they could be very helpful

old indicator seem to have problem to run in later version of Mt4, they provide unrealistic values , could the coders check and make these ATR indis working in today MT4

Hi All

Can someone please modify this indicator as per below requirements:-

- Please add On/Off button
- Please add in option to be able to select multiple timeframes (to show Monthly, Weekly, Daily, H4 timeframes) rather than having to apply the indicator multiple times.
(please code as such so if the indicator is selected as OFF with the button, the the lines remain hidden when you change between timeframes. I currently have one but with all my requirements but the indicator switches to ON when you change to a different timeframe, then you have to slect as off again. However, I do no have the Mq4file for that indicator.
