Compare open price with PP to get the direction. I think it worked well with Stocks.

I've closed my live trading books for 2022 and will only be doing trial based trading now, on a non-live a/c, during this Xmas/New Year period to keep me at it.


For any Yen traders out there TODAY, both the BOJ & Kuroda will make announcements so be on your trading-toes if dabbling in that currency today


The times of those announcements etc are listed as "tentative" and as this could be a 'mover' the best I can find around the traps is that

- BOJ announce should be around 0230 to 0330 GMT
- Kuroda to talk around 0630 GMT

For me, FVG is a gray area and causes me analysis paralysis. There are FVG in each and every TF. I can't see the chart because of the rectangular boxes.

But you are quite efficient in using FVG, which is obvious from your post and thread.

In the book of ICT it is the old highs/lows, where your focus should be and as far as fvg are concerned they have their roles but the precursor remains the same i.e., old high/low and are enough.
