You had a problem, yesterday, I showed you that you can set up the histo indiocator to match the one you posted!
Because it is the same indicator, just that the histo one gives more options!
Probably was 44.

Good day sir i will be grateful if you can make this a non repaint trend indicator in some cases its disappearing and changing direction for example if its a buy it can give a buy arrows then the more the markets keeps dropping it deletes all buying position and follow the previous trend direction of a sell trend. The buys disappears and show sells.

Your MT4, on Windows10, is most likely installed in Program files (x86) folder.
In this folder you will find the folder with your broker's name, like: MetaTrader 4 Broker X.
In this folder you will find the Sonuds folder.
In it you have by default these sound files:

In the indicator you have:
soundFile = "alert2.wav";
This sound file only applys to the alertsSound option.
It does not apply to the pop-up alerts!

If you want to change the sound of the pop-up alerts, you need to do it from the MT4 -> Tools -> Options:

and change the file name in there.
If you want your own custom sounds, you must first install your sound files in the Sounds folder, and then you can apply them where you want.

BTW, I once met a guy who had a whole animal farm on his MT4 alerts...
