If gold in these two or three days reaches 1730-31 and the day closes there, then there will be a very big jump in gold to heaven.

It is failing to break the 100 DMA. If it stays below that level tomorrow, I will sell after the CPI report.

1- The formation of a three-floor pattern in the price chart
2-Failure of downward trend in price
3- Formation of divergence between price and indicator
Chart conditions were assessed in the medium-term as bullish and the upcoming resistances are: 1730, 1800 (38% Fibo) and 1881 dollars.

would be really possible and is a good look, the timing though, of this is very important because if you notice gold kind of makes a sort of dead zone from 1683-1690 where there isn't much trading in that zone and is again reinforced from 1685-90, since most of the candles either breaks right through or makes a wicks on the upper or lower bound of this zone.
