EA only sends orders to the broker's server. EA does not execute those orders. The broker executes the orders, if he can. Of course EA can send an order with SL and/or TP, but in a situation like you describe there is nothing any EA can do if volatility big. And, even if you already have a filled order with SL and/or TP, it still doesn't mean that you SL will be executed at your SL price. The slippage can be huge - it depends on the market conditions.

like that the stocks in the market watch to be counted. among them which are all above R4 R3 and below S3 S4 close as per its time frame.. levels are monthly weekly daily h4

list out stocks under monthly above R3 R4 BELOW S3 S4
SAME FOR WEEKLY AND DAILY AND H4
close consider as one hr close...

i found other one...will be good i guess... why i not prefer means it will work for this one stock only... not for any other... anyone will make this to work for all other stocks... then it will be very good to use ...

@PatienceFx and others:
PatienceFx had this idea to make trading more fun, and asked me to code an EA for him.
He also asked me to post the EA here, in public domain.
Which I will with a few restrictions:
1. The EA will not be stolen, copied and resold by anyone!
This is why I will only post the ex4 file.
The file is protected from changing its name, so if anyone wants to sell it under a different name, they can not.
The file has an expiration date: 2022.12.02 after which an unblock license code must be applied.
The file is protected by an unblock license code which is available to myself and to PatienceFx.
If PatienceFx wishes to grant this code to anyone, he can do so.
So, if anyone will try to sell it, the name will be obvious and the license code will be the same, so the moment we find out about this, we will sue for royalties!!!

The panel looks like this:

The EA works for orders with the chart Symbol which it runs on, and for orders with the Magic Number, so both conditions must be true at the same time. The Magic Number allows the EA to work separately on the same Symbol, if a different Magic Number is applied to each instance of the EA.

The idea of this EA is to plot three buttons: [Buy] [Sell] [Close]

The buttons can be fixed positioned anywhere on the chart, or they can follow the Bid price.
Select Button Position allows us to chose our prefered option.
The buttons are also customizable, so we can select our favorite styles.

In the Expert Filters Data section there is Select Trading Filters.
If we select Show All Buttons all three buttons wil always be visible, so no filters will be applied.
If we select Show Button by Filter the MA & RSI filters will be applied.
The idea here is that if Bid is below MA & RSI is below 50, only the [Sell] button appears.
If Ask is above MA & RSI is above 50, only the [Buy] button appears.
The [Close] button always appears, even when [Buy] & [Sell] buttons are hidden.
The sensitivity of these filters is adjusted by Candle Index for Trade Conditions.

The MA and RSI Data can be adjusted in their Data sections.

The purpose of the Bollinger Bands section is to issue a sound alert when the bands are in squeeze.
Send BB Squeeze Alerts? allows us to switch those alerts on and off.
BB Squeeze Alert Sound File allows us to use a sound file of our choice.
You can even use your own custom sound when you upload it to the Sound folder.
The Sound folder is not in the MQL4 data folder. It is in the MT4 installation folder.
Candle Index for BB Squezze is the index of the candle to which we want to measure the BB Squeeze.
So, if we input 3, and Candle Index for Trade Conditions 1, we are looking at candle 3 from 1.

The EA allows us to trade with a fixed Lot, or use percentage risk.
In any case, if we want to use percentage risk, we must input our Equity Risk Percent > 0.
EA can not calculate risk percent if StopLoss in Points = 0.
So, in order for EA to be able to calculate Risk Percent StopLoss in Points must be > 0.
Otherwise EA will use Lot Size.

If Candle for TS = 0 EA will not do Trailing Stop.
The trailing stop idea in this EA trails the Stop Loss by the extremes of chosen candles of the current Timeframe.
So, if Candle for TS is 2, Stop Loss will be trailed according to highest High or lowest Low from candle 2 of the current timeframe.
Also, if Candle for TS is > 0 and StopLoss in Points = 0, the TS will automatically set a Stop Loss order.

Use it wisely!

Is there a Code to modify my Orders(SL TP) based on the ENTRY PRICE of the TRADE.

Rather than!!!

BID PRICE or ASK Price....

Only when it fails(large slippage) that the EA will now make his calculations from BID PRICE or ASK PRICE

Which pairs is more suitable for this EA,
Did u have any set file made ? If yes will u able to share ?

Yes, I have such a code, but it is incorporated into an EA.
This code checks the actual SL and TP distance from OrderPrice and modifies them to the ones preset in the EA.
At least attempts to modify them if market volatility allows.
Such a code is not a problem for anyone who has been coding for a while.

It doesn't matter what slippage you input into an EA - it does not do anything!
Once EA has send OrderClose() it can't do anything.
I have never heard of any broker who provides a slippage security for closing orders.
I do know a broker who provides an internal mechanism for slippage for sending orders, but trying to apply it usually ends up with almost no trades possible. As I remember there was a broker who guaranteed SL price, but doesn't do that any more. Maybe you can find a broker who guarantees SL price and your requested order price (slippage 0)?
