The MAPBAM System For Trading

I am here to make money. If our intentions are different, we can't roll.

This strategy follows the popular alignment of stars thought. Really, the stars do align.

My assumptions and thoughts are clearly seen on the charts.

I don't know if this system works on other forex currency pairs, as my interest is in gold. That is where I make money.

There are four trading sessions in a day, but I created my own trading sessions. It makes some senses to me. My bias. You may program it if you like.

Market opens and closes everyday. Why kill yourself today. Tomorrow will come.

What we call trend or reversal is a subjective term. Market is erratic. And following this erratic nature, we'll find our subjective trend or reversal based on our MAPBAM system for trading.

For this system, we use the following:
15 Minutes Timeframe- Used for trade judgment and execution.
Line Chart- Used to filter noise from the chart.
Moving Average- Used to confirm trend continuation only. When price retests it with a corrective wave.
Average True Range- Used to see indicator windows clearly.
Parabolic Stop And Reverse- Used for possible trend reversal or continuation.
Bollinger Band- Used for trend volatility only.
Moving Average Convergence Divergence- Used to confirm trend Reversal or continuation.
Fibo Timezones- Used to separate trading sessions and period. Cycle lines can do also, but I prefer Fibo Timezones. Manually change the date to the present trading date.

1857 is a short re-entry following Friday's sell off, potential TP 1845. SL Friday's or Thursday's high. Untill price changes direction. And we have another set-up, will keep you posted.

At the end of the 1st session, Long signal was generated before we had the opportunity to re-enter again at 1857. Now the market is dicey. But we look for buying opportunities above 62EMA.

We wait and wait and wait until all the stars are properly aligned.
That's when we make .

Our primary goal as traders should be to make money and more money, and not trying to be right.
Curtis Faith showed in his book that different people given the same system with equal starting balance produced different results.

I think I should share my philosophy instead of sharing the system am using.
The reason is that our psychological make up is different and anything is possible in this market.

All the stars are aligned. The market is ready for a short.
Entry between 1841-1835 .
Take profit at 1823.
By month end, I will share my trading philosophy.

First, I don't know if this will be my last post on Forex Factory/Metals Mine. But, I will try to, if I can get answers across to anyone who asks a question.

Next, I believe there are many books, tools and personalities for trading the financial markets. But all are subject to the market still. Hence, there is a probability that what I want to share with you today may make you money overtime, over large sample trades.

Very simple set up, if you can program it go ahead. If not, its a profitable system all the same.

What I sent to Sukue may seem a little technical based on my personality. So, am going to give this one that doesn't need me to be there with you. You only just need to have three things, oh four in place.
1. Predefine what you want to risk for that trade signal. The system shows you clearly the levels.
2. Enter every trade/signal that presents itself on the chart.
3. Never leave money on the table.
4. Wait patiently for the stars to align.

This is a Reversal System... Sometimes reversals may start another trend.

Let's go...
1. Parabolic SAR set to default.... Inside indicator window 1.
2. MACD set to default... Inside indicator window 2.
3. MAOO... Inside indicator window 3.
4. Envelop Simple (phone MT4 default) 14... On the main chart.
5. SMA 62... On main chart.
6. Fibo Retracement tool on main chart.

What is a trend? When there is a presence of either higher highs =Uptrend or lower lows=Downtrend. Simple don't complicate it.

Now,
SHORT... When market has bought for a time.
1. P SAR must count three points in this order... A. High, Low, Low B. High, High, Low. (Apply your crosshair to see the details)
2. MAOO must be negative below zero.
3. MACD must be Positive above zero.
4. Price must break or must have broken Envelope downward while the current P SAR is counting. This is when you enter. At the end of the third P SAR.
Any one missing from these first four, don't take the trade. These four put the probability in your favor.
5. When price breaks 62 SMA most times you have been in serious profit.
6. Apply Fibo Retracement tool from the highest price on the chart as you start to count the P SAR to the lowest price that broke envelop 14.
A. Fibo 1.618 is your first TP and it is highly recommend. While Fibo 2.618 is your second TP less recommended.
B. Your Stop Loss is the highest point.
C. Personally, I don't use Stop Loss.

LONG... When market has sold for a time.
Now Reverse what you learnt while shorting the market.

Best time frame for flexibility is 5 Minutes. I trade 15M mostly and 5M sometimes.

at this juncture, i wan to ask for clarification on the strategy and i hope you dont find it stressful and me asking for too much,
can we get images with descriptions on the strategy?
personally i find it hand plotting fib as you described in the post.
secondly, the PSAR sequence HIGH LOW LOW or HIGH HIGH LOW
thirdly, putting the PSAR on a separate window
