Hello everybody,

I was looking for a very simple EA but could not find it anywhere on the forum.
Basically it just needs to open a buy if the hourly candle closes above the H1 20 MA. There is no SL and no TP. As soon as an hourly candle closes below the H1 MA 20 the trade must be closed.
The EA should only open buy positions or have the feature to deactivate shorts.

So it is very simple but I could not find any fitting the criteria.

Hello everyone

I hate to ask, I have a very simple fractal indicator which i use, which plots a horizontal line in line with the fractal.

you are able to use more than one example of the indicator so i have three running M30/M5 and M1

I just wondered if it is easy enough to be able to add text to the horizontal lines, im happy to try and add it myself, so if anyone is aware of a resource where i can find the code i would appreciate it

Hi this indicator every day draws a line on the open.

Is it possible to change a horizontal line on the Close of the previous day instead on the open?

And then add 4 more lines above the close and 4 lines below the close every day?
These lines will be calculated as a percentage value from the close: + 0.25%, + 0.50%, + 0.75%, + 1.00%, -0.25%, -0.50%, -0.75 %, -1.00%.

Thank you so much for your support. could you please help? i would like to have stop orders (30pips deviation) on daily candle open (one order a day) with one cancel the other, sl, tp, close trades (profit/loss) 30/60 minutes before daily candle close. ea should run on any tf. thanks a lot my dear friend.

- Google mql4 object text
- in the mql4 docs for obj_text there is a chunk of code, a function called TextCreate(), copy that function and call it when you want, and give it name/time/price/styling parameters you want
- or find and use objectcreate to make an object, and objectset-integer/double to set object paramters
- or find any indicator that places a bunch of text on the chart and look at the source to see an example of how to do it

Can someone please code a gold index indicator based on the attached index indicator (which is used to calculate USD index) ?

Please use this formula to calculate gold index: gold index=XAUUSD * USD index.

hello friends,
i need your help with indicator that draw:

Up arrow when:
a candle has low lower than previous candle
& it's close > previous candle Open
Down arrow when:
a candle has High Higher than previous candle
& it's close < previous candle Open

and option to add MA to filter trend:
which consists of two MA when they're crossed upwards the indicator draw only up arrows
and when they're crossed downwards the indicator draw only down arrows

Hi I am asking for help with a alert indicator that I want for MT5.

The function of the indicator is to count the number of open buy or sell trades and if X amount of buy trades are open to send an email alert or if X amount of sell trades are open to send an email alert.
It would need two inputs to place the number of trades necessary to trigger an alert for either a buy or a sell.

It would be great if someone could help with this.

Can you enter variables on the fly?

Such as >>> Click on the EA's "Take Profit" button, which asks you for the TP number, then you enter the number & it sets the TP to that number of pips??

It's possible, just create a custom dialog popup. I think you mean order number instead of TP number, not sure what is TP number.

Can someone code an EA to open a position after a break above the upper line of Bollinger Bands(20,2.5) with price above the 200 EMA and viceversa? No SL or TP, close when RSI(14) cross above 50 for buy positions and below 50 for sell positions.
