Excellent indicator indeed for posting Pending Orders.
1. In order to make use of this indicator need to download as many times as needed with modification to treat different times as an indentifier to load
it on the same chart for second, third or fourth time as well.
I want to use it to plot pending orders
in first hour of trading as well as last hour of trading and need to download the indicator two times.

2. Can any coder kindly do this modification and if possible add HH:MM input rather than just restricting it to HH only.

Yes,there are about 20 versions of it "AMA" (Kaufman adaptive MA) on rsi
even Averages,filtered,advance,pre filtered,FL and more variations (on chart and within SW too)
but dont guess those will be same displaying and resulting,might be same,some close to or slightly different due to math calculated
