But I find that I always repeat this about gold and go nowhere because gold actually doesn't care what you think and goes wherever it wants and retraces wherever it wants. Point is not to chase after a trade but wait for confirmation. And right now, what I can see is USD getting stronger, also when we broke 1774, we kinda went back to retest it over the past day or two....Ignored
At this point we have the previous consolidation range support around 1784 to break into and then we'll have to hunt 1798 > 1808 > 1813 levels again. I'm still eyeing that 1831 level which price has blatantly ignored entirely. Hard to believe we won't get back there but anything can happen. Forecasting isn't going to do anybody any good. No one has a crystal ball.
A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.
