Hi, do you know where can i find info about the "super smoother" method used by mladen on some of his indicators? I have tried to search but found nothing. Or is it a personal method developed by him? I would like to use this smoothing method for some indicators.

I doubts anybody can find it anywhere as this code part (mq4) was not posted publicly (but only ex4) i am talking about the mt4 MA Averages versions,Mladen shared source code of Averages when these were about 20 methods only,now it have some 45 methods including SSM and SSM was not included within 20 methods,means in early versions
Though Mladen Rakic can better explain -
in which indicator/s you want use ?

Just run the indi's in the Strategy Tester and you'll find out whether or not the repaint

Looks like my memory stop serving well,may be age affecting me -
thanks for linking the requester - though he was looking the one used in MA Averages indicator and as far i remember,Mladen shared the source code of Averages that contain some 20 averaging methods and SSM was an later invention/addition of Mladen's in MA Averages series that was never shared,any way my apology to all you readers -

Sir thank you for your suggestion, please i will like to ask? as i will run the indicators in the tester what will i be looking up to, my concern is that i have not done it before, what if the sign is there and yet i cant recognize, thats why i am asking, is there any observations i need to know

Here is an example, if there's wick or tail candle which touch the MA either 200 0r any MA and gives an alert after touch.

please i now understand that TMA and their likes repaint, and only lwma channel dont repaint which as of now is not in FF data, it will be nice if a coder will be interested to make a double smooth high/median/low lwma channel, at least for now it will be the only nrp mtf lwma channel in FF, it will help many other traders who like channel trading as their strategy

As a fast reply there is one of Mladen's Averages indicator that alerts and print arrows on touching the price (bady of the candle-open/close candle body part) not at the upper/lower wicks (high/low prices)
Indicators are coded the way for general use by mostly users/traders,for particular needs you must contact some reliable coder to specifically code for you

Original TMA do not repaint
TMA channel and or TMA centered bands EP (end point) variants do not repaint
