this trade is closed. might be it for the week. we'll see. silver is looking like it could give us a signal to go long.

Ohhhh... you took short position with OIL and i thought that it was long position it was why i asked this stupid question.

moved my target to match yours at 17.995. nice job with posting Trade Explorer. helps us collaborate. it's conservative but it would be nice to get out in case it tests and doesn't break. don't want to hold over the weekend either.

Yes it is good move, thanks to you i open only profitable positions. Thanks for sharing this method and we will still collaborate to improve this system
What's a pity of yestarday platinium position, but mistakes are human being. I didn't open platinium becouse my broker don't have this metal.
What spread do you have for platinium and copper?

platinum and copper spreads almost don't make it worth trading. i'm running this demo with KOT and here are their spreads for each.

got a late start this morning and not really seeing any signals approaching. sentiment still remains the same from last week. for now.

Have you checked some backtesting... I think your strategy could be programmed quite nicely...
Can you afford to take that chance?

it would be interesting to see how it backtests. I hope to maybe one day if it continues to perform. I can't program well enough to do it, for now, I'll keep trading it when I see the signals.

one thought though, wouldn't it be tough to program sentiment?

Well yeah but you mentioned in first post that it would be "pre-determined sentiment.".. so no problem... Program would just compared pre-determined value to actual ones... or to pre-determined method to determine the actual ones Either way, you could at least semi-program it... If you can't do it, no problem... Many here that would do it for you, just show something first then they would help you, I am sure... I have found much free code in this and sister forums (found bottom right below in the page).
Can you afford to take that chance?

I'll have to check into it and see if there's someone willing to do it. hopefully one of those guys will see the Trade Explorer and it will peak his interest.

copper is the only one that's close to a signal. I will check back later once there's some liquidity and see if there's a short signal. it's probably best to wait until after china opens for copper. that's when the real volume will come in.
