even though we have a lot of positions, but diversification scatters risk!
risk-dispersion is a one of the money-management effective tools. = some position are the stop Loss of other positions!
if you know Profit factor PF, one of main portfolio assessment standards!
PF = sum of profits/sum of losses.
a successful trader should have PF = 1.5 or above. (it is a dimensional number)

but what is the PF?
we expect very low number! absolutely below 1, 1=no loss, no profit!! profits=losses

PF = Sum of profit position/ sum of loss positions = GrossProfit/GrossLoss = 92368/138789 = 0.67!!!
so this trader has a very pooooooooor performance. he should find a grocery or a shop to sell shoes other than forex trading.

assume later he surprises us with a great recovery! do we say: he is a great trader?
of course not. another standard called drawdown says "NO"

My six standards used to assess any trader:
1) linear progress. = No profit jumps.
2) low drawdown. preferably not to exceed 12.5%
3) acceptable PF, >3 is very good.
4) ability to diversify. more instruments traded, more points for your sake.
5) number of profit positions is much greater than the number of loss positions "controversial issue"
6) Expected payoff: average of 0.5% or more is recommended for a single position. high numbers may imply you behave in a risky way.
