Hi JoeeF,
I Tied to upload file in the file and download your EA but still not working ,even with Buy sell stop ,it still not working .I belived I did evry thing right nothing wong but still come out.Can you take alook the attachment I sent and please let me know what I should do in other I can trade on that Strategy.Thanks

You haven't XML configuration file in proper place. Please put it in: \Terminal\Common\Files folder.

Hey JoeeF, I would like to ask some advice, a lot of expert advisors come with inputs in the form of "points", but I would like a more personalized input like "percentage of account balance/ percentage of trade".

Is there a "one-solution-fits-all" code I could use to convert those percentages to points, to place in the "point" input?

Believe me or not,i explained few points to you in good deed as per my little knowing and shortcomings,i am not any sufficient knowledgeable person nor any kind expert.
Let us try again may be helpful to you,i assume you talked about filter that is coded inside indicator and EA.
How it work,if you apply that nonlag ma indicator on chart with out applying filter and then apply an other instance of same indicator with applying some values for filter (both,filter to use and filter period),you can see the difference by display,filter is used to remove false signal,it make display smooth,try experiment different parameters of filter (usually 2,2) are recommended but you can feed what ever suits to your strategy,filter is a very well feature invented by Mladen and used within so many indicators.
When you working with EA,you must feed within EA filter parameters (property) same as you applied on onchart nonlag ma indicator,if you have not applied filter on onchart indicator then you dont needs to feed any value for filter within EA parameters,hope filter in indicator and in EA clear for now and what and how it works.
As you explained filtering your trend by higher time frame/s,you can do it what ever you like and what ever suits you but in this case you have to trade manually,you can not use EA,because EA is not coded the way,EA is using single current TF as for now,if you interested filtering trend by higher TF within EA,you must consult some coder to do it for you specifically.
Dont mind and be cool enough,we all here guessing each others by words that is hard to mind reading so there is always possibility to misunderstood.

ea i very simple automatically draw trend line and when break on command. I don't know how to choose two points to form a trend
Does anyone help me write simple commands for me to learn?

You will need implement money/trade management. Create universal solution is very tough.

First of all thank you for this reply, which is highly appreciated to say the very least.
Secondly, for getting information regarding the filtering, which I still don't understand how it works, other than having to try different settings, which I have already done without seeing any improvement.
Thirdly, the whole reason for me bringing the EA to this forum was for someone with knowledge (and I knew you don't have that knowledge from previous experience and observations) to look at the coding and see whether or not the "filtering" could be applied to other TFs etc as mentioned in my first reply to you.
Lastly, you admit to ("we all here guessing each others by words that is hard to mind reading so there is always possibility to misunderstood.") and then you add this rider which means that you're justifying your deeds, which is plain foolish and wrong.
Please take this as a lesson for your life, never to ASSUME as You will make an ass out of me and you" - ask and clarify, before jumping the gun.

I'm stuck not knowing what to write a function to choose 2 determinations and drawing 2 vertices to become a trend line

If it is not know how to invent the wheel possibly the quickest and most efficient solution is to find an applicable invented wheel and copy or innovate on the relevant code. There should be relevant examples of applicable invented wheels in both Indicator and EA sections of Metatrader MQL4 Code Base.

Hi Coders,

Im looking for a dashboard or EA that would function exactly like the one used by BTM (Beat the Market) does but using the HMA indicator attached. It would alert when any pair HMA crosses and be used for trading 5min TF. Attached are the BTM dashboard for reference and the HMA that i would like to use, unfortunately i dont have the MQ4 file for the BTM Dashboard.

What you are looking for is a common EA technique. You dont have to make it from scratch. Use other will be more efficient.

Hi all,

I have attached a working indicator "Helper Test MA" which is based on the Moving Average indicator.

Similar to the indicator "Helper Test MA", I am trying to create the "Helper Test TMA+CG" indicator based on the indicator "TMA+CG mladen".

Unfortunately the "TMA" based indicator does not work and hangs the program.

Appreciate if mladen or others can help create a working "TMA" based indicator.
