    The Chinese economy is facing downward pressure due to slowing global growth and the rise of trade protectionism and maintaining an economic growth of 6% or more is becoming difficult, China's Premier Li said on Monday. China's gross domestic product grew 6.2% in the June quarter, marking its slowest pace since the first quarter of 1992.

In its current position with a GDP of $12 trillion its 6% growth rate is astonishing.
US is struggling with 2.5% , EU with 1.5%..
And people forget that China has an enormous under developed domestic consumer market to satisfy.
