Gold right now is holding firm above the $1500 level. CFDs may have shown that gold continued to fall under that level, but keep in mind the underlying (CME GC) has consistently held above $1500, and continues to do so.

i believe that man! Because he trading on a real account and doing that - very, very well. I better will listen to those who trade on a live account, and not playing on the demo. If he's wrong , he'll lose money. And if the one who trades only on demo is not right)? What he loses))?

Right now Gold is hanging around in the low 1500s - struggling to break higher, but holding on above 1500 barely. Should expect some moves starting at in about 10 minutes with US housing data and later oil / crude inventory stuff. Watching!!

There appears to be plenty of buying at the lows over the last three days but the thing to note here is that this buying is not really causing any significant rises in price and their seem to be sellers putting a cap at the end of each day, (as it appears is happening right now).

This being said I am short again on this market...I was burned on my last position but I am looking for a fall back into the 1400 area before resuming a (finally) bullish sentiment in this market.

I mean... with the things being on edge constantly... the GOLD has no place to go but up Should wait for todays FOMC "party" release however.. because they have the power to blow any trading/model to pieces, at least temporary.. (for (up to) some months)... But either way.. longerterm... GOLD still has a good potential.. The question is, for additional edge... against which currency the most... Should FOMC not f-up tonight...XAU/EUR would still be my bet... as was, specially since 22JUN19...
Can you afford to take that chance?

Right now I think gold might stay in this consolidation phase until Jackson Hole. Powell's speech on Friday could be a big one and we might see gold finally take a direction after that.
