I like that they will wait for a while... for all this to settle.. because it is very hard to potential conclude anything from statistics... We all know how their inflation predictions are going.... So the least they can do is to wait for a while, for this intervention will settle... just hope they will know how to isolate the parameter (impact) correctly...

I think no rate cut for time to come... banks need money. If there's no money... real-estate can work as well.
Perhaps even better. As real-estate is something solid, (arguably regardless the value)... money (FIAT) is not.
