v1.0.0 released!

I've added alerts to the indicator that will ping you X minutes away from an event, it will not alert you for hidden events. You can choose when it alerts you (x minutes away) or turn the feature off if you don't need it

I didn't even realize it could overlap another indicator The black background on the icons are killing me though, maintaining transparency in MQL4 seems to be a trouble-spot but I'll see what can be done.

It's not very practical, but I've got a background wallpaper working for the non-inline version if you so wish:

If you enable the option, you will need to place wallpaper.bmp in your terminal directory under /Files/mmcalendar/, the indicator will throw an error (in the Experts tab) if it's not found so you know where to put it. It has to be a BMP image too.

I should be launching this update soon, just got a bit of cleaning up to do.
