Rate too high ! The S&P is up over 300% since the GFC, it's close to highs right now and rates are at 2.4% which normally means sick economy.

Have a look at the rate history, its already LOW,

It's people like Trump who pump the market hard until it blows. And by then rates will be too low to be used as a tool. Maybe backing off from the bullying backward trade war would be more sensible than screaming for a rate cut. After all the trade war is just a cowards way of introducing a new tax on the US population.

IMO this will have a bigger impact on EUR and on GBP than on USD, as FED is not likely to cut rates any time soon, but ECB and BOE may do that sooner than expected.
