EU meeting of ministers ends on 20th , possibly first release batch by then (next 3 days).

Equities on watchlist : WIN . Court charges over 3 times its market cap, this is un-avoidable bankruptcy unless some miracle sets in. Company loss making or neutral, has history of dilution, unlikely to attract heavy lifting creditors until they can scoop them up penny for a dollar.
News was over weekend, which means market did not yet had chance to price the news in, especially due to weak volume that came in pre market so far. Shorts on table, but careful play not a strong conviction. Not sure how much of this was already priced in over its long term down trend last few months.
