Mind that to actually be even able to judge if setup is parabolic you need at least 10 candles in leg. This is absolutely a must otherwise its impossible to tell how volatility has scaled. Since you cant go bellow M1 on this software 1 candle cant tell if its paraboler or not.

Should've taken profit during 3rd entry. Too gready and wishful to 'win' back losses made previously. Is there a better way to trade this setup?

Yes you are right. I used to trade these spikes looking to fill the liquidity gap so I got very sensitive to sudden spikes.

Hey Ken, i dont think here is anything wrong with your USDJPY take, you had right idea aligned with short term macro play, and price clearly showed that bulls tried to initiate the run on the supply. The only thing you probably done wrong is you tried too many attempts (if those were all full sized positions) at not particularly best levels of entry. If you replicate entries in future setups the way USDJPY was initiated especially on supply overlay and pullback leg overlay youll be fine, but only first entry should be main consideration.

NZDUSD is not a valid setup due to two factors. First is tht there is no condensed supply you only have one high in that structure, and the leg that moved into supply was no particularly stronger than bear legs thus no momentum.

MET is fine setup but mind that when you trade such a tiny structure that you cant downscale the TF...you are adding extra risk for potential quick move, unless you are fixed to have SL bellow lows.
