Thats a solid clearout however a bit late entry with micro double bottom printed. Ill wait above if supply is taken to join the play. Accurate entry would be slightly above where your SL is sitting after micro double bottom is printed. You might consider selling at supply partially or waiting for potential break and adding to size, either way is valid way.

And here goes SMRT baking flagship setup of the day. This is what a high priority AAA type play looks like, tight spreads, good liquidity, small dollar value for small capital lockup, picture perfect setup fitting into rules of paraboler, the only thing missing in puzzle is low float other than that its all there. Took 2R.

yes, correct. I know i missed the perfect entry. ITs so hard to flip btw charts all day. How you do it? I have to watch all all the time. I cannot just walk away for 20 min and come back. I would lose the connection. And after whole session i am so tired, that i cannot look at equities. Where you get that power? Redbull?

Number 1 rule: use alerts. Its all about thinking ahead which structure might develop into potential play, that way you mark the price where that play would become a valid structure with alert so that you do not have to watch the chart. This is 100% needed to adapt style like that becouse otherwise as you mentioned it is way too exhausting. I understand that for someone who is not yet fully in sync with all setups in strategy its a bit harder to think ahead this comes with experiance and repetition, but try to use it as much as possible to get used to it.
My trading is split into short bursts of re-scans so i very rarely watch any chart for time, unless i am in position. Start scan, plot alerts, and go away from screen. Then repeat process every 15 min. It takes repetition to get used to that but youll get there.

Generally when trading supply takeout you dont want to see last high overshooting the supply, becouse chances are that you might get fbo. So in such case you would need for that last high to be taken out for sure becouse now there is supply sitting in there. That is why i keep repeating to focus on very clean supply levels where there is no overshooting of level, especially on last high/s. If first highs on left are higher than highs on right that is fine becouse order flow will be aligned with takeout process, however if high in left are lower than highs on right that is what you do not want to see or participate in.
You can use the example of TRD trade he took on USDCHF as same example of what structure should not be traded.
