Yes its structurally symmetrical for sure, but mind that when it comes to this structures you want to be playing them as a part of topping process and demand takeout, therefore having some sort of impulsive trend ahead of them is preffered which considering the size of this structure is not the case.
For playing structure like that you would want to see further structural development, have more lows following and confirming trendline.
With behaviour change plays you want to see price behave in symmetrical moves / volatility / trendline which this type of structure is not aligned to. Playing it as part of demand takeout or topping process you want to see more flatter trendlines so that demand is condensed. So the type of trendline and structure you follow above should only be played as part of behaviour change but for that you want symmetrical volatility or at least much further structural development with more highs and lows and some weakness on bull side.
