I am looking to short at 1728.16 with TP 1716.00/1713.86 There is a possibility price will find support there so I will exit my short and wait for market to show me its direction. I have mixed Fibo lines there, support and resistance.

Your Idea partially compatible with my 15M chart:
In the neighborhood of 1728.-- the abc pattern will complete:
- Price will cross two blue trend line at above then it will expectantly meet 1741 Daily R2.
- Price will change direction:
- Reverse direction and will move down to 1700 or lesser
- Make a correction semi-similar b and again move up ..

What about the news? Is it impact to technical analyst? There are 2 more news of Pending Home Sales and FOMC member William Speech.... I hope will going down to 1716 also...
News are already discounted before they get to you.
You stand no chance with that.
Trade idea for today, were released yesterday at market close. It will run through out today.
Just wait for tomorrow's trade idea at market close today.
