You did not get filled on those limits, could be due to spreads or order rejected, rather wierd to see in FX. Or could be something else.
And yes once you are in trade you should be monitoring the position or at least set SL and TP.

Actually setting SL and TP right when trade is entered brings better results, than trying to babysit it. Ofc some experience is needed for that. But i cannot just take 3 pips on a 2 spread pair. It doesnt work like that. So we should be taking only the strongest pattern, longer formed, as symmetric as possible. And left side should be either fast or very slow structure to allow quick and long move in our direction.
