Good morning, BestTraderEv.
Without disrespect, your video is not a good representation of the so-called "repaint" effect because of the gap.
Take a normal example and wait for the close of the current candle to see whether it closes still below or above the RSI_stop&reverse indicator.
Unquestionable, there is no repainting of the RSI_stop&reverse and can be used correctly in the EA.

This should do the trick.
Also there is a 5000 bars limit for historical arrows.

I didn't create this indicator.
I modified an existing one which was provided.
