Bad for the average household as costs go up and interest rates go up.

Good in terms of investments as it provides a higher return. That's my basic understanding of it

No higher inflation will damage the gold and strengthen the $.Lower inflation means more cut rate more money printing helping the metals to bull.

They are others factors can weakness the $ if Japan and EU hawkish next ECB and BOJ next live meeting monetary policy and strength Euro and yen and they will sell the US stocks ,bonds etc and create and big hole in the US over 15 trill$ .Euro owns over 10 trill $ US stocks,bonds etc and Japan over 5 trill .This can skyrocket the metals for a short period.

i dont want to harp on this too much cause the thread statrter might kick me out of the room

its been a week and gold keeps falling and kicking bulls in their butts

the wars lasted a week so theres enough posts to determine who the useless guys that just parrot the bullish war narrative are so id suggest for beginners to read the chat from last sunday and ignore or skip over the posters that are perma bulls cause they dont know what they talking about...especially the red dot guys since people seem to think we know stuff LOL

gold fell the whole time that israel attacked iran in june...it will prolly do the same this time...if doesnt drop the whole time will range and thats the best bulls can hope for until the war ends
