You did have my permission to show what you've created, but I definitely wouldn't be calling it Nova 2.0 buddy... it's not Nova.

I keep getting a lot of messages from people wanting to recreate Nova or figure out how it works using AI & I've made it clear I am not interested in that atm.

To keep this thread on topic and avoid confusion for people genuinely trying to learn Nova (and possibly using your MT4 version if you share it & it doesn't perform the same), I would rather not have any other variations or spinoffs posted in here going forward.

If you would like to share your work... that’s totally cool and not an issue but please start your own thread and make sure it’s not under the Nova name.

The Nova system update write up will be posted either before NY or after. Has taken me some time so just sorting the final touches and will post.

Probably will have a consolidation day after Friday on many assets but let's see what is in store for us.

I didn't mean to be disrespectful. I specified that I wouldn't share my indicator and that it wasn't Nova, even though it was inspired by Nova. I'm sorry. You saw the name Nova 2.0 in the graph because when I coded it, I gave it that name for convenience. I won't publish anything with that name again. Sorry again, buddy.

Don't worry about, just needed to make sure to set the boundary in here.

Charts with other indicators is ok here as everyone trades their own way... just wasn't keen on the nova 2.0 thing but it's fine

My reasoning for short entries is because an old previous day high is coming up on the D1 and an imbalance, the HTF loves those areas.

Initial entry I took was a stab in the dark as I was thinking it was a sweep of fridays high BUT looks likely the old day high will be raided.

If you want to stay in the game you need to enter the first nova signal after the EMA's flip and price pulls back towards the EMA's.

EMA's need to be in the direction of your HTF trend direction.

Moving away from a HTF POI (recent high/low, Day High, Day Low, Session High, Session Low) with a nova ema flip on the lower timeframe is where the highest probability entries occur.

IF M15 is bullish and trading off the M1 then this would be the entry

Quick 2:1 and then potentially done for the day. You don't have to trade every nova signal... just the ones that setup like this.

If the first entry fails, I would take 1 more entry after a deeper pullback. Gold can often use the first pullback as liquidity.

Lets see if I've have managed to get into a reversal...

Partials already taken @ 2R - doing this allows you to stay making profit even if price reverses.

When I am thinking a reversal is here, this will be my main trade and then I will start scaling in using nova with the EMA flip confirmation.

What I am doing here is more advanced - but I am posting so it can be studied later.

Those who are new and not sure what partials are, I risk 1 - 2% and then take off half and let the rest run.

Breaking even when I am not confident in the position but still banking 0.5/1% profit eitherway.

In this case I risked 2%.

This ensures I am in profit if the nova flip fails and price turns bullish again.

Taken the full position out now at profit. Volume is low and of course we had no news.

Yes today I was counter trend trading but just in case price wanted to run lower for a potential bullish move for the rest of the week.

Will have to wait for news events to do this.

Higher timeframes all bullish but its the structure I am using which is most likely the pullback on HTF.
