Hey, I am simply starting this thread for analysis only and strictly for posting charts and replying to them.
We can discuses each others trading system as well

Lets keep this for mainly posting a chart with explanation and keep it educational.

I personally have paid for and completed more then a few courses on trading ( I am not expert) but have a decent understanding of order flow and what I call the dance of price between liquidity pockets.
That being said I am also very open to learning other systems or seeing how others approach the market as well to hopefully as a community create the ultimate trading system that works with short term and long term trading.

Thank you.

Current outlook on gold.
I think the sellers are drying up and we will start to see the bulls come back to play. As of right now I expect gold to come a little lower and reach the untapped liq near the bottom of last weeks move then go up towards untapped liq around 1860 area.

This is my analysis for gold currently. Seems price wants to continue further down. I have circled three areas I believe gold could go to then have a reversal. Overall bears look like they are getting tired. I dont see price reaching further then 1800 and should expect price to hit 1803 today. That being said Monday can be a full on bull rush. Either way I am currently not in any positions but will be looking for entry around NYSE open to scalp.

As I anticipated. Gold reacted in the untapped liq pocket 1803 area with a strong bull reaction driven from news as well. That being said I am not fully confident this will be the push up, we can drop for another corrective move and following next week with nfp may be the bull drive to start full force. We tapped a 30m untapped level to trigger a sell off down to 1823 to then move a little higher. Overall we can go to 1836 area, maybe even 1840ish. In the end I am still bearish and would like it to get just below 1800.

As gold respected my buy level at 1805. We have seen price surge higher with nfp and such. That being said we are in a spot now where price is consolidating, thqats due to the liq pocket to the left at this price level. That being said I dont think this level will hold with the momentum behind price. Overall I anticipate gold extending to the POR (point of release) around the 1850-1860 area then we can expect a corrective move from there.

1850-1860? You mean 1950-1950 right? I'm long here too and I dont think we will see a correction just yet, not until FOMC at least

hahaha yes, I meant 1950-1960 area. Its where I have the yellow rectangle. I call that spot the point of release and its typically where price returns to in terms of available liquidity (liq)

haha thanks for the response, very interesting insight.

Looking for price to close above 1915-16 so we can move beyond this stubborn level, don't think we will see another correction but could be wrong

Yes I agree as well that we should see price continue higher up. After we reach that 1950 area I am saying we can have a corrective move (possibly back towards 1910) then price head further up. Time will tell, this is of course higher time frame projections and a lot can happen between now and then that can change potential outlook creating new areas of interest to investigate.

After gold tapped the upper level on the weekly chart which followed with a pretty big selloff. This is how I anticipate gold to move for tomorrow and depending how long it takes maybe next few days.
