There was a lot of frothy bull action that had to be dampened before the reversal hour. I am going long, cautiously. If it keeps sliding I won’t be at all surprised.
I feel as though a catalyst is in the making for the dollar, its strength is unmatched but I feel like other countries are not going to appreciate more rallies, and more devaluation of their currency moving forward, especially if the data is supporting inflation going down in the us, it would just show insecurity by the dollar to prove its 'worth' what with it recently being under scrutiny, the dollar is a house of cards in my opinion, just need some wind...

Yen/gold are looking like a good hedge, and I am typically in support of dollar, just feel like a retaliation is on its way.

Gold will never die

But now indeed Gold has difficulties. High interest rates. And if the inflation goes up or takes more time to decrease more pressure will be on Gold.
