I see you talking about fundies quite a bit and you make some crazy calls about PA, I'm trying to figure out where you're getting these numbers from but I can't so I've given up.

NFP will change the narrative for the DXY, it will show a tightening labor market and enable the feds to stick to rate cut of 25bps - Daddy J couldn't have been more clearer about a cut incoming, markets have already priced in a 25bps anymore red data could indicate maybe a 50bps cut. A 50bps cut would cause havoc for bonds market/central banks and overpriced stocks so NFP will be manipulated to show blue figures so the fed can go ahead with a 25bps cut only. Gradually with their "data as it comes approach" the feds will reduce the rates allowing markets ample time to price it in.

CPI is getting closer to the fed target of 2%, around this time last year (give or take few months back/forth) the war broke out and feds started raising rates to pump liquidity as investors fled to the dollar for safe haven appeal, now they have it so here we are back again full circle, DXY below 101 and fed about to slash rates.

Central banks manipulating price is a story as old as time, any trader worth their salt would know that, difference is the Fed's are better at doing it compared to their counterparts. Especially if you're trading gold its heavily manipulated and only seeks liquidity, price taking highs/lows is anyone's game as long as they have the volume to do so.

I get the potential prices from the system I use. As for the information about the markets I get them from the Robin Hood of Wall Street himself.

I am letting this TL make all my decisions for me at the moment. I see the evidence of bullish channels on the hourly though as well so the play is easy for me. Get a long on a break north from this hourly channel within the daily channel. Ride it on up, seems pretty obvious at the moment. BUT, if price breaks through the trendline and retests ill look for a bearish candle to short the length of the channel. Both sides are a great play and you can wait and let either trade come to you.
