I think the only reason gold is going up becoz of trump attack , let the news cool down little bit then it will be back to normal 2350 zone easily, trade safe be safe

Attack on trump has nothing to do with gold going up. You should really learn economics to better your understanding.

i think today very Bearish, market need some liquidity

With a good analysis, we believe everybody can do this. Enter your trade and do not rush your entries, set up with a proper risk management.

I am still on the demo account, practising, see attached charts. One gets better the more one practices.

Mistakes that i made is,
1. Trading against the trend (4h).
2. Making decisions while tired and low on energy.
3. Experiencing FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).

Hello, I am happy to see you practicing well. I just want to point something out that will help you when the live account comes into play.

You wont be able to have the same results scalping on live as you do demo, lack of spreads, commission, true swap etc etc etc. You will need to have a higher tp. A scalp that you win 2 pips on a demo, may be -1 on a live account. If you are getting .50 cents on a demo account, that will not be profitable on a live account. Give yourself more TP to see better results when you go live. The idea is right, you will just need more. Cheers and best of luck.

PS. IRONFX is the biggest scam broker in the business. I dont know what affiliation you have with them, but run far, far away, or use google. But they will NEVER pay you, EVER. They have decades of scams under their belts and are highly trained at stealing your money. I was around when their offices got raided and they were drug out into the streets.

Trust me, trend of 4h changed more than once lately.
gold running by big OF and it will stop when they think this is the time to stop.
some people think they know the next all time highs level to sell..

Yeah this is the main issue with gold, highly manipulated. Really looking forward to tapping all the bottom liquidity. And who wants to Buy this high, when you can get trapped anytime. It is really frustrating. Be strong and hedge if absolutely possible.

Hi Techknow, thank you for your advice about spreads when trading on a Live account. I will read more about this.

Regarding Iron FX demo account. I don't have a Live account with them. I don't have currently with any broker. The last time that I had a live account was with Alpari UK, but they got shut down, administration and or liquidated or something like that. I did get back my money that was still left, but not all of it. Mostly I had a total loss of the sum in the account when as a newbie I started trading live with them believing that I can do this without studying.

How blind and wrong was I. Just like someone to go driving a car without learning the skill to drive on the road with other drivers, people etc around. It's pure insanity. Ever since then I said to myself, no, learn the skills to trade, practice, practice and improve oneself first before going live. Most important of all is how one control their emotion when trading: Fear, Greed, Over trading Revenge trading, Overconfidence that suddenly results in starting to make mistakes after mistakes.

I take screen captures of the practice trades that I do and write what happened and what went as per plan, what didn't. I delete the old captures that I have moved on from.

Furthermore, I also wish you all the best, you are a good person. May God bless you with luck always.

I am still practising, I don't believe I am good yet and want to be better at this. Or to be the best at this.

Believe it or not most people fail on a demo as well, you are doing it right, just give yourself some more profit, i bet you are cutting yourself short more than you have too. Results like this wont translate but work ethic will and technique will. Practice getting another pip on your tps and youll be right there with the best of them. Cheers

You are doing the right things and being cautious which is good. However, in your place, I would practice with a live account and very small trades (0.01 lots). There is a world of difference between live and demo. After you become profficient, slowly increase the lot size. There is no hurry, one step at a time...

Price is getting squeezed, soon price should show where it wanna go. Probably i will start to search entry for short after NY session will sweep London session high and will make EG sell or orderflow @ 5min TF or 15Min TF.Attachment g
