Disliked{quote} I'm sorry not getting you. Who's target or what target are you reffering to?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm watching NZD USD drop but sayignto myself where is the intent? Perhaps I'm not getting it. Over on Rockypoint's thread it's laid out and clear and quite simple really and I get it. What am I missing if I have to guess intent from something that I don;t know when or where? 4hr candle is over I miss the intent?Ignored
DislikedThe way I use the ADR indicator is described in post #5541. Use whatever method that you are familiar and comfortable with to come to the required answer as the trading day progresses with price registering expansion over time. At some point during the day, you can say with confidence and clarity whether high or low of yesterday's adr will more likely be broken is the moment WHEN you know the intradays market intent. After some practice, you can determine this intent as early as you possibly can. This break that may happen later in...Ignored

DislikedOk so it's 4hr intent but any way to pick that up is ok as long as the ADR will allow a move of 50 or so.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm not looking most of the time at NU and for me its not a clean set-up. Perhaps, if you only trade NU you can certainly see and bet on that 50 pips swing. BW is the best person to talk about it. Pardon me, I'm no expert.Ignored
DislikedBW thanks for dropping by. I have read your responses and perhaps I was mistaken thinking you were revealing a bit of your method without clear cut simple terms of understanding. Ok so it's 4hr intent but any way to pick that up is ok as long as the ADR will allow a move of 50 or so. BY the way I didn't suggerst any other methods are better and that is silly for anyone to think that. It's more about clear and concise communication and demonstration - leading by example etc. Cheers BW. Take care.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi FWR, Simple question before you start diving into this "4hr intent" concept, which seems to be "missing in all methods": when does your trading day start in your trading platform? I think this is important because some of the brokers have it at GMT, some at GMT +1, GMT+2, so on and so forth. This means that the way we perceive/see the 4h activity of the market is not identical and the differences between charts/levels etc. could be significant. In my opinion, we can speak about the "4hr intent of market" only if the whole market is looking...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi Bfx, GMt +2 it is. Good point you raised. That's it we are dealing with different info. Not sure if I'm deep diving on the topic or not just trying to work out what I could possibly do with it. Some charts detailing how would be good. Cheers...Ignored
