For clarity I've already had 5 payouts from MFF. I'm not claiming they are a scam. BUT this latest complaint should have been sorted...

For Tuesday:

Risk will also be set at 1% max for the day.

I may focus on only 1 or 2 pairs which will allow for greater stops.

This may explain what I'm experiencing right now.

On mid February I passed phase 2. Two days after I received an email from Prime Bridge with the link of the trader agreement to sign, which I did that same day (it's through a site called DocuSign).
Last Thursday (about 2 weeks after signing the agreement) I spoke in the chat with their support asking them what's going on. After a lot of back and forth mesage the guy said that he had to report and come back to me. So far no answer.

I remember that I also had a lot of trouble after paying for this challenge until hey provide credentials. I had to chase them several times.

Facing all this I assume this is now close to dead. Better to open a challenge in Paypal for refund and get out of them.

One note: their customer service is egregious. They don't reply to emails and in every time I contacted them in the chat they keep asking the same information and even after giving them details about the email, login name, etc. they don't care in checking. They even ask print screens of the dashboard, like if they can't check anything. It's horrible.

So, my recommendation right now is to be very far away from TCC (Traders Central, just for the case someone searches in the topic).

Just an update regarding this: They promised credentials for phase 2 in 24 hours but I'm still waiting (since last Wednesday). I sent another two emails and no answer.

Clearly a prop to avoid until we have more reliable info from someone working with them.

Yes I believe it is, although they managed to get the withdraw button working on the 6th Feb on the dashboard and then cancelled it… after they insisted on a manual payment withdrawal…

Just counted 9 emails outgoing since the 7th Feb which was when the live account and refund should have been issued. Meanwhile you can see them having stupid pointless arguments with morons on discord, must be a nice place to spend the day..

This is the last email I’m sending to them about payment and challenge refund. The money isn’t even that big enough to chase and worry about, it’s more the principal now and absolutely not worth any more of my time.

They clearly have more than enough “traders” to worry about retaining profitable ones that have traded for 7 months with them… very disappointed.

6 of their long term traders (8 or more payouts) lost their accounts in Feb. Back in Dec they stated there were only 5 long term traders @ the time, so a significantly high % got wiped out in Feb.

Out of 100 31% passed phase 1, out of those 31 14% passed phase 2 = 4.3 out of 100 passed both phase 1 & 2.

Took a look at their 80K program:

Cost: 6,400
Draw-down allowance: 8%

8% of 80K = 6,400

Nobody should fall for this, but some probably will, sadly.

Plus fees in EURO so they get 11% extra on the top of drawdown given current exchange rates.
