Darwin socre. what is that ?

If 8 % profit made in 15 days, 108 ?

Does this darwin score has any significance in silver stage ?

It is basically actual index which you will get after calibration. They do some wodo magic to judge your trading and implement their own logic to mimic your signal (actual mt5 account) For example if your score is 102 that means you earned 2% and if your risk factor is 0.5 which means per percent profit you make they will add 0.5% to the index. Index reflects your actual profit from allocation. if you make 5% on index they will calculate profit on allocation once you receive one.

Yea usually darwin is calculated on weekends. it sucks but she has to wait for 10 more days. Meanwhile she can continue trading.

Here are the results of my account's 15-day calibration stage. The overall profit stands at +3.11%, while the maximum drawdown is very poor at -17.36%. Maximum return at +5.29%. The rating assessment on Darwinex is based on cumulative return over 5 months, current month's return, and maximum drawdown over the last 6 months. Return is a dynamic metric, with both positive and negative values; unfortunately, drawdown only shows negative values. However, if there were a term like "Drawup" or positive value, in this case, I managed to recover from -16.90% to +5.29% (a +26.70% recovery), but this does not count as a metric in Darwinex's assessment.

Since July 31, 2024, I have slightly changed my trading way by strictly following the rigid rules of my personal trading system, specifically a risk per trade of 0.33% and a maximum of 2 trades at a time, and every trading wisdom that is generally considered good by all traders.

Let's see what will happen after the account is created next Monday.

Now that your calibration is over. You will be eligible to partipate in silver.

After darwin is created, they reset the account with fresh 100 k ?

No. You're missing the whole point of the Darwinex model.

The Darwin Index will be created on Monday and will reflect the profit he has made during the calibration phase. The index is like a stock price. He made 3% so the "Roel stock price" (or Darwinex Index) would theoretically be 103.

Yes, index is correct, rating is correct.

EXPO did not say if index and rating will be carried forward for Silver stage or fresh 100 k will be offered for silver stage.

If these numbers will be carried forward, it is not evaluation /calibration stage. We need to trade with care.

Yes, that was a mistaken assumption from the beginning, I didn't know yet, so trading sometimes happens according to self preference, not with care. From the explanation above, it is clear that everything obtained during the calibration will continue going forward.

Let’s see how many rating points will be deducted if participating in Silver Trader August and how much percentage gain is needed to achieve an allocation with a minimum rating of 75.

The max draw down can not be changed.

One needs to try and see that max draw down remains in that level, and we keep adding performance and yielding factor.

The maximum drawdown will change over time. The data is taken from the past 6 months. Refer to this for an explanation.

Maximum Drawdown Last 5 Months + Current Month = -6.43% (Here is what is used for calculating the monthly rating).

Another example is Trader GILM https://www.darwinexzero.com/darwin/GILM/performance
With a drawdown of -24.11% and a drawdown of -6.84% over the last 6 months, they are still able to secure an allocation of 160K from the total amount they have ever received, which is 260K. The drawdown actually occurred after the calibration phase and it took a long time to recover.

if you look at navak's, his appears to match his trading days...... his wife's is a day several months into the future...... and mine is from 8 months in the past.....

I am really hard time understanding logic to continue for 6 months when you can reset with same monthly fees?
-13% drawdown means he has to make 33% to qualify for gold. 160K doesnt add much value as compared to getting gold status.

In simple terms, it might be because the requirements to follow Gold Trader are more stringent: the signal account must be 8 months old, with a 1-year return of over 20%, and a return/drawdown ratio greater than 2.5. The 8-month requirement is the toughest. So many traders, even with high drawdowns, continue to pay the monthly fee, hoping that in time (once they become consistently capable), they will eventually meet these criteria. There is also no guarantee that if they restart or reset their account, the high drawdown won't happen again.

01/08/2024 is usually the date format used in Asia, like in my account. This means you are also from Asia (or used an Asian server when registering). Navk's wife is from Asia (or using Asian server). Navk used a European or American server when registering, so the date format is European or American, and Navk (probably) has 2 accounts.

Agree there is no guarantee but there is 100000% guarantee that from -13 to 20% is guaranteed to be more difficult than going from 0 to 20%.
Also not sure what's the point in wasting 8 months of time in recovery when a reset will cost you same amount of money. I can understand on classic accounts where you are putting your own money but in D-Zero its 38 Euro a month a reset or renewal doesn't make any difference.

I don't know the real reason for that Trader, but for myself, if a trader already has a +20% annual return, especially for accounts above 100k, they are already in the super trader class, or elite class. It's very tough for me personally to achieve that right now. Looking at the statistics of Gold Traders on Darwinex last month, only 189 participated, with only 65 succeeding. That's why it's not just about the cost or recalibrating, but about evolving over time. Besides, drawdowns can happen at any time; after a +20% profit, a trader can experience a bad month and lose back -16.7% (from 120,000 back to 100,000). Yes, this might be an example of a classic account, but the drawdown can give a similar picture. Target 5.95% a month or 100.08% a year can theoretically doable, but can it be consistent over 12 months? Lets see if one can make it.
