Regarding Topstep looked into their rules more closely for withdrawals never touched them btw. You need a $200 winning days minimum for 5 days but not in a row. In end even if their trailing stop ends at around 50k. Due to the risks you must use 2 mnq per order in a decent risk management, and still kinda in risk zone right as if you must trade them as evals to get to the $200 winning trade. Thus forced to gamble way higher than a traditional forex prop to be eligible for a payout. So that $200 rule forces people to trade when market is in low volatilty...
There are no sneaky hidden rules. Everything is perfectly clear and I don't see how this would encourage beginners to become addicted gamblers. You just have to trade normally and if you do it correctly you will manage to have your 5 winning days. I much prefer this system than the obscure and subjective rules of Apex.

Yep thats what i am worried about 10x50k that are in review stage...... COz on day 2 i said before i had 70-80% in drawdown..

But the current 10x50k is in secured way not no risk at all the max drawdown happened was once today 480$ dollars which is like 1:1.5 risk rewward...

I think I made a big mistake involving myself with the $250K Apex accounts. They are hard to pass ! I could have passed $50k two times already. Currently have 10-50K's and 5-250k evals APEX. 5-TopStep Evals 1-100k FXIFY Only trading Gold (nothing else). They all should be in funding stages by the end of the month. Looking forward to a good July !
Yep i have tried atleast 30-40 evals the target is too much for me.... THats why i have made the decision to stick with 50k i pass like a piece of cake.
Even after the payout i am going to buy only 50k on other firms as well as it will keep my risk appetite in check..
Before i had 2 times 3x150k XFA on topstep both times failed without payout...
Same goes with MFFF 3x150k after 1 payout gone .....
I believe 50k is more sustainable for my trading style and sustain account long term

Looked into the rules and yeah not for me. My instinct of the $200 days thingy didn't sit well. Real trading doesn't put time and limit pressures onto a trader. I'll give darwinx a go now they have cfd and futures and get a track record and focus on the slow route without the stuuuupid rules and rule changes and non-payment risk and third party intervention risk of the industry. Rented demo challenges are not my thing anymore. Nothing against topstep or any firm in particular. I admire those who can navigate the shit rules and get paid.

Since the majority of trading success is mental, the bigger the numbers, the bigger the mental toll. A $50 loss can be less taxing (mentally) then a $500 loss.

In theory the math says otherwise, you just scale trades accordingly. However the space between the ears gets in the way.

It takes time and experience to feel more comfortable handling larger trades.
Trade with confidence, trade without fear.

for some reason my mind always leans to the small numbers......

imagine trading just 5 tickers, single micro contract and trying to make only 10$ on each day..... seems absolutely ridiculous.....

ridiculous or not...... that's my goal......

5 tickers, 10$ each, 50$ per day.....

times 20 accounts, 1000$ per day.....

times 10 days, 10,000 per 2 week payout.....

is my math wrong.....

and speaking of wrong, there is nothing wrong with a single 500$ payout every 2 weeks.....h

fwiw,

there is a very predictable number of times per week that the 30, and 15 minute charts will line up..... try for 20 those days.....

hey pip..... and there's my 50 per account..... just 2 micros per account per symbol..... though it's rare i trade new york, those guys are mean to me.....

monty always post about how good the asian session is...... that's my preferred hours..... but there was no movement last night that appealed to me.....

usually, it's my proverbial slow 50$ boat to china.....h

I was not able to close my open position as a group but I was able to do it one by one. lucky for me the trade was more in profit by the time I was able to close.

They are pretty smart. Usually they dont give option 2 which is EOD on sale only trailing ones are on sale....
Any one here running bot on their prop? Have a 100k account with FXIFY that i want to put a good bot on to just run the account. MT5 is where i have it currently. Dont have time to trade it since i also have some 50k that from TOPONE that im trading in tradelocker with. Any one that actually have a good bot please let me know.

Day 4 again ... coz today wont be count as trading day on apex..

Good day turned to loser had a winning 400$ on gold then dow end of the day down move made me forcefully close the trade in loss.....
