I was rereading the payout section of Apex and I think I'm entitled to a payout if I trade only 10 days in, let's say, 1 or 2 months, right ?
Maybe not Alpha capital got databreach but some other prop firm got breached, because i got one of my passwords leaked

As well as pretty much everyone else using FPFX.

There is also a list of accounts that is being sold where the email and password was the same for login on multiple props and is being sold as a "hack". But actually they just hacked the fact someone can be so dumb to do that.

Thats why moving forward only buy life time fees especially with new rules...Also they still have till 14th they for decision. I dont know how their review process works but I rather get denied or accept in 1-2 days than waiting for 14 days.

Well, my email started showing up in a bunch of things in the past week and a half, including haveibeenpwned. But, of course, that could have been from anywhere, so that doesn't necessarily prove the source was ACG. Still, the timing makes me wonder, and the screenshot of partially revealed data looks legit.

The futures are no different......EXCEPT they are offering you to trade products which are LEGAL in the US and due to it being a regulated exchange, they SHOULD NOT be able to manipulate price. However, if regulation leaves them alone, they are still a casino and will eventually run out of money.
I am 100% pro-prop when used in the correct manner. As many have stated, do not put a ring on your prop, she will cheat on you. Milk her for all she is worth and build your personal funds. There is still time in the futures arena, but the window is going to be closing.

If you make 5-7% weekly, save yourself the headache......keep doing what you're doing.

I use daily pivots, ADR and order blocks.

good thing i use password for each accounts and i generate hard passwords for my bank ect, if i used the same password in every account i would be fukd

The ideal times are from 10am to 3-4pm est. It is common to see rallies/sell offs into the close.

Between the open 9:30-10 tends to be a lot of chop/indecision. Every day can be different so don’t expect one day to look like the previous (recency bias).
Trade with confidence, trade without fear.

NY afternoon, 2-4 pm, can be very good as well. I day trade the indices, so tight stop and I trail it in hopes of a runner. Either way, I always let the market take me out....either hit profit limit or the trail stop.

Isn't thats the point of any payout? Delay till you get frustrated. Once anything approve it takes literally 30 seconds if payouts gateway is set.
So if they deny payout you have to trade normally for 10 days but do you still have to make same amount of money?

10-20 points in asian session is good enough for me.

More than the passwords, which we can change quickly (I use to have different emails and passes for each prop), what really concerns me is the access to documento photos, even if they are done by third part. Not sure how safe they are (they probably aren't).

I dont think any of them store it anymore they all use secure third parties. I could be wrong.
