Is this a good thing or a worry

They only really do discounts when promoting a new feature, so I'm not worried. In this case, the feature is a live metriX, not sure what that is or why i need it, but I'll take the discount.

That's right, FXIFY is very volatile in their payout process. Sometimes they pay in a couple of hours (my last one was the case) and in some others I had to cry to customer service after 48 hours. Never had any issues with any payout, just this annoyance (the bad part of waiting is that account is frozen and we can't trade until funds are released).

I'm about to receive another payout. Let's see how it goes this time.

I use them as well. They usually respond quick & their backend is top-tier compared to a others I have tried. Do you use any other PF? Looking to see what else is out there, but I am bombarded with options and deals

I'm a degen. I use several of them, even some with dubious reputation. Their money, when it comes, doesn't come tainted.

It’s not the platform that’s the issue. It’s the data-feed.

With forex, obviously, there’s no issue with that because the feed is just the in-house prices of the “broker” making them up.

It’s obviously not quite so easy with futures as with forex, the main difficulty being that you need a CME feed, and that actually costs the firm supplying you with it something.

Most futures brokers will give you a 2-week free trial, if they really believe that you're a potential customer.

If you want a semi-permanent one, without paying, the only way I know of getting that is to do a free trial with TradeDay. It’s nominally limited to 2 weeks, but at the end of the 2 weeks, you can just re-subscribe for a fresh one, using a different email address (you can’t do this with a broker: they’ll catch you out very quickly unless you change your IP each time as well, and you don’t want to to do that.

(For anyone interested in spread-betting, I’m taking spread-bets on how many members here will now accuse me of being a shill for TradeDay just because I’ve done my best to answer your question as openly, honestly and helpfully as I can. The current spread is 3-4 members. I was going to say 4-5 members, but I thought one of them might have the sense to understand that if I were shilling for TradeDay, I'd hardly be giving you the information I mentioned above, about them, which just costs them something without benefiting them at all. There may be 3 or 4 others too stupid to realize that, though.)

So far, so good. The beginning of the week was hard for me to trade, but successfully passed next 10 evals. Today intentionally placed trades only on Quantower instead of Ninja to get to know it better. There are some features which I miss from Ninja. There are some things and customization which would be better to be available, but overall this trading platform is very good for me. Thanks again to pipmaster77 for getting my attention to it.

I'm sure your payout with FXIFY will go without a glitch from what I've read in trust pilot.

FE got a promotion at the moment 35%off "GET FUNDED"

I'm thinking of purchasing an account from either FXIFY, FE or Funding Pips..
MT4/5 will be deciding factor, I hope its still avail with one of them..

Some BS continues. Good Dammit. FRIDAY turns out to be FRYDAY.

Lost 5 funded account which i didn't even realised i lost them. I was done trading in asian. I Just opened the tradovate now n saw i lost em. Then checked the ordered history. It was the same BS. I was trading gold and dow in asian. Gold sells hit tp in asia but i forgot to clear the 30 points sl BUY limit there. Even i was trading dow more so i cleared there all SL limits. What the MOFO hell. Losing unnecessary funded accounts.

Probably thinking of using bracket order and open trade in each account manually. With group trades bracket won't work.

Its a thing of past now lesson learnt and purchased 5 more evals with 90%. Made 1k on them.

So i have come to conclusion to take a break from APex for 1 week and activate topstep funded and focus on those to get payout. I dont want to throw money at APex anymore. its eating up my yearly profits pretty fast. So next payout will fund Apex activation.

Ugh, sorry to hear about losing the 5 funded. I always use “exit market and cancel all” to close trades in Tradovate.

Then I click on the Orders tab to make sure it says 0 “working” orders.

need to add order tab in my layout.. thanks for the tip …. My mistake checked downcharts before going to sleep no orders… forgot to check the gold chart this bs happen….. man i always learn lesson the hard way…

can anyone confirm is there way to add sl n tp on copy trading accounts either on quantower or ninjatrader or any other plugin replikanto or something. I have a fear i’ll make this error again.

On quantower, if you place the stop and target in the order prior to submitting, it will close both if one gets hit.

I second what Pip said, Quantower has a feature to let you bracket and you can set you TP and SL before entering the market. You can also copy trade. You're my biggest fan and I cheering for you. Try that feature and see if it works for you. Wishing you the best my Canucks Brother.

alright cool will look into it if the bulk copy trading sl/tp works. Its time to say goodbye to tradovate. Even topstepx has better features n all.

mistakes will never stop, we can only use trading systems that compensate our mistakes too.
i do any year around 10 mistakes because i try trade fast (only 1 is in average a very big one that cost a lot, often a fat finger trade with 100 times more amount then i wanted, total wrong entry price with some percentages away from real market price with high order amounts traded same time (most by do wrong changing a price number in the order) or an idea that was miscalculated), but thats the price for trading fast and gets compensated by the wins for faster trades.
wrong currency traded, added a 0 more or less and traded so 10 times more or 1/10, wrong direction trade opened, TakeProfit or Stoploss changed from wrong order and so closed wrong, trade placed in wrong sub currency account and so did not see the trade (little same like for you, i had orders and did not see when i did close tradingstation and always have to remember to check all subaccounts before closing tradingstation or from time to time take a look a day)..... and of course the famous away from keyboard for some seconds/minutes times (without take my phone with me for stay informed) when missed the entry or exit time .

You have to forgive yourself, it happens to everyone who is successful. You then tell yourself that it won't happen anymore and that you'll pay more attention, but after a while it happens again (it's just an additional cost that will be there from time to time because we are all human on the end).

These days it's difficult to recommend anything but if the choice if between those three to me it would be FXIFY miles away.
FE assumed that have pending payouts and are trying to survive. Not ideal to start with them if they're in that situation (I still have a challenge there but it was an old one - I would not start fresh with them now)
FP is a shady prop with lots of bad cases in twitter, including NDA to receive payouts and retract criticism done in social media, and when a trade is profitable they reduce leverage, lots and risk per day to absurd levels.
Not saying that FXIFY is safe so far I had no problem with them. I would suggest to keep payouts on 4 mid figures max.
