DislikedThe problem that I face is where should be starting point be and any starting point I chose on the chart, I ended up with a disadvantage and that itself works against the basis of the imbalanced signals as you term it.Ignored
QuoteDislikedI have infact started to demo with various pairs and Gold to see if there is any difference.
QuoteDislikedBut I am sure and infact know, that irrespective of the currency pair, gold or stocks or anything else, infact any trading chart ( the imbalance is level l1 ) is just the same and therefore does not make any difference.
Very good! Now we are talking! Big big big step forward! Bravo! Price app they use is... the same! on ALL FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS! hahaha!
True! True!
Alright. That one is extremely hard to answer. It was until very recently I was kind of in your situation. Where draw-down comes first and usually it comes bigger... I have managed to flip the sides and right now it is a completely different trading for me... There is no easy way to point you in any right direction without disclosing a core information and details. I have been avoiding this here for quite some time...
Here is something I can tell you about.
What you just post in here shows you are absolutely on the right track. You just start trading this disadvantage. The trading process will tell you how you need to adapt. Again. All advancements I do, are based on an account that just got into a draw-down. I find the reason, tune it and more tunes there are, if necessary, until I take it out of the draw-down. And here I go. I got myself some new and clean that works. This might repeat many times (behind a single set up). That is how it works (for me). I don't think one can get there by pure overthinking... or just some planning.
Of course, sometimes I do fail to bring the account back to life. That is also a valuable information I use. Mainly what not to do or make a second try with far less load on the lot and, again, following tune modifications.
All this I do on live only. Demo sucks. Makes me irresponsible towards the tunes I have to do and as long I stayed on the demo I was struggling very hard...
Unlike the demo, the live trading, even with losses involved, boost me in the right orbit I wanted to be. As I was caring about the money and gave myself 110% to save the day. More often than not, I did saves... That is how I manage to advance. Though true pain of the eventual loss and through some real loss I manage to create.
Sorry for the long explanation. But it is your trail. And this can be flipped. draw-down can and eventually will become the smaller of both...
Last thing here. I have found the heavy lot is a huge enemy and I have wasted many good strategies I will never get back to, because of the failures with the greedy expectations. One might sit on gold and would never know, if the lot is heavy... 99.9995% of all failures are due to this single fact. And due to the game's ratio of 30/70...
