      I recently developed my own JSWING setup (same as posted)... That's what I'm mainly focused on now... It's in line with my beliefs about something I liked to call movement theory and something I like to call protected swing points.....

      When you get enough experience you'll find a decent rangebar size to use.... not too small not too big... the median.... this will change on a day by day basis..... it's somewhat subjective.... I can't give you an exact number.... with experience ...

      BMS+Retrace requires a 62 test on the setup I teach.... but I guess you can still say it was a simple system entry...... as long as you do well with management and take valid trade ideas you'll be fine.
