Thank you for the clarification! What kind of stop are you using? Are you setting it at the prior horizontal line from your entry? Or is it discretionary depending on the smaller time frame?

If your risking the same percentage per trade, whether it be hourly or daily the drawdown will be the same.

I'm probably just over analyizing this but say... It opens at 1.2510 and goes up candle is green, it hits 1.2525 and you go long, it goes to 1.2537 and reverses. It goes down and crosses below 1.2510 the candle is now red, it hits 1.2500 and then ...

Maybe I'm just confused, seeing the highs and lows of the candle, cant the price cross the open price several times causing the candle to change color?

The smaller time frames are always going to give you a lot of noise. Stick to the time frame you entered the trade on and wait for an exit confirmation on that time frame, otherwise you will start jumping out of trades because of the noise on the 15 ...

Don't worry about where it's headed, you will never be able to predict the future. From what I see it's an uptrend so take advantage of the trendline bounce or the trend line break. Simple as that.
